They spread through the air during close contact with infected people or indirectly through contact with objects in the environment, followed by transfer to the mouth or nose.

  • Colds are spread by viral particles in the air and spread by sneezing or coughing.
  • You may catch a cold through close personal contact with one suffering the infection, by shaking hands or kissing.
  • You may catch a cold by exposing yourself to the cold climate.
  • You may catch a cold if you are allergic to pollens in the air

Home Remedies To Cure Common Cold

Ginger Honey Lemon Tea:

Use Steam For Blocked Nose:

You can loosen up your blocked nose if you breathe in some steam. Hold your head over a pot of boiling water and breathe slowly through your nose. Add some balm in the boiling water for better effect. But be careful. Don’t let the heat burn your nose.
