If you are a woman suffering from PCOS?PCOD you should avoid storing your food in any kind of plastic, including plastic container, tiffins, etc. It is because when plastic comes in contact with food, it leaches chemicals like Xenoestrogens into it, which are similar to the hormone estrogen produced by the human body and it completely messes up the hormonal balance of the body.
